Hawk represents lineage descending from founding English breeders such as Oakley Stud (f) 1947, Priory Stud (f) 1946, and Vernon's Stud (f) 1959 just to name a few. His sire,Jacob's Cracker is by Jacob's Pied Piper, the 1994 Canadian Champion NF Stallion and Best Of Breed Supreme Champion. His dam, Cheval De Bois Jeane D'Arc is sired by Forest Hill Martian, a Champion Driving Pony in Canada and USA. Jeane D'Arc's great grandfather on her dam's side was Vernon's Starling, a Champion NFP in England, Canada and the USA, as well as the sire of Vernon's Vespers, recognized as the leading sire of New Forest Performance ponies in England.

Conformation and Movement
Hawk is naturally well balanced with a strong back that blends into a nicely rounded croup. His legs are straight with good, strong bone of proportionate length and shape. His movement is free, active and elegant without being overly exaggerated. Along with a gorgeous head and huge bright eye!
Performance & Versatility
The New Forest ponies have been successful in many disciplines including Hunters, Jumpers, Dressage, Eventing and Driving. Hawk is no exception, having competed in all but driving.
Hawk has it all- with pedigree, proven ability, excellent disposition all in one gorgeous package!
He has a lifetime registration with USEF and USDF, so be sure to stay updated on his results.
Trainability & Temperament
Like most New Forest ponies, Hawk is extremely intelligent and easy to train. He has a wonderful temperament, and is very kind natured. Thankfully, his personality is carried on to his offspring, along with his good looks and talent.
